Pajeon is a traditional Korean-style pancake. It is made with flour batter, eggs, and green onions, served with a mixture of soy sauce & vinegar for dipping.
We normally make it thin at home because it's too hard to make it thick..but if you go to Hoegi you can find an alley that's popular for thick Pajeon and there are a lot of Pajeon restaurants..
Why don't you go to Hoegi and eat really delicious Pajeon together with us ???
